Description
We are hiring a business analyst to join our team. You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the project manager. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. The person should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- To lead project delivery for Financial Institutions across regulatory reporting areas such as BI-Antasena, OJK-Apolo, Pelaporan.id, Basel II/ III, Pelaporan LPS, Pelaporan PPATK, Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), Common Reporting Standard (CRS), Information Submission System (ISS) & etc.
- To be subject matter expert on banking process and workflows and guide users to achieve optimum efficiency of the solution.
- To partner with sales team in selling, shaping and solution development of client by providing subject matter expertise on regulatory reporting related topics.
- To engage and lead conversations, workshops, and presentations to client and stakeholders.
- To analyze and understand system requirements, design specifications and business values.
- To facilitate discovery sessions to uncover user requirements and translate these requirements into documentation with workflow diagrams.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Finance, Banking or equivalent
- Strong analytical & logical mind
- 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
