Description
We are looking for a Hardware Quality Assurance (QA) who will be in charge in testing and validating our hardware products. Your role is to ensure all products are of the highest quality and provide our clients with the best product experience.
Responsibilities:
- Determining, negotiating, and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards, and spesifications.
- Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
- Investigating and setting standards for quality.
- Working with technical staff to establish procedures, standards and systems.
- Writing management and technical reports.
- Encouraging change and improvement in performance and quality.
- Monitoring performance.
- Supervising technical staff.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Computer Science/Information Technology.
- Minimal 5 years of experience as a QC Manager.
- Minimal 3 years experience in IT Industry.
- Deep understanding of managerial tasks.
- Excellent technical skills.
- Planning and organisation skills.
