Description

We are looking for Training Manager who are passionate in helping business by developing, facilitating and supervising training programs for employees.

Your role would identify and monitor training needs in the organization, and design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfil those needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Plan training with relevant department heads.
  • Create and provide training materials.
  • Organizing training activities for employees.
  • Evaluate every program and training activity implemented.
  • Update the latest information about skills, methods, or other things that are useful for developing employee abilities and performances

Requirements:

  • Minimum education D3 or S1.
  • Work experience in the same field for 5 years.
  • Preferably experienced in the same company business.
  • Have presentation skills and the ability to train others.
  • Communicative and assertive.
  • Able to speak English, spoken and written.
