We’re looking for an engaging, communicative person with a deep understanding in customers’ needs to be our e-Commerce Specialist to create and implement strategies that make online transactions possible. Your responsibilities are to organize, develop, and execute website marketing plans.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Setting standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
- Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, and Google Analytics
- Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories.
- Identify SEO best practices regarding inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies.
- Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc) to stay organized.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
You’re qualified for this role if you have:
- Min. 1 year of experience in managing eCommerce and marketplace
- Experience in managing eCommerce and marketplace for B2B companies would be a great advantage
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, PP, Excel)
- Able to cope with fast pace working environment
- A sharp eye for details
- Strong communication skills
- Well-detailed and able to follow specific procedures and instructions
- Excellent organizational and time management
- Strong team player with a can-do positive attitude
