We are looking for the Head of Sales to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of sales across the enterprise and mid-market sales. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals, and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Achieve sales target set by the Company.
- Develop and drive sales plan and formulate strategies to achieve sales target.
- Closely orchestrates sales process with a focus on the prospects’ budget, timeline to Purchase Order issued stage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with the product teams to identify and manage opportunities for the respective products.
- Create new leads, and thoroughly qualify leads & sales opportunities.
- Cultivate new business opportunities through lead follow up, networking and building relationships with potential customers.
- Responsible for managing existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and portfolio expansion.
- Strong interaction skills with clients, which involves relationship building, negotiating and influencing on significant matters.
- Report sales activities in sales tracker in the form of pipeline by progress, action plan and timeline.
- Produce market analysis including competitor analysis, market & technology trend and business opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Graduate Degree in Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication), Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Experienced in B2B/ project/ tender would be an advantage.
- Exceptionally well organized and driven by success.
- Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset and personality.
- Demonstrate success negotiation skills on complex pricing and contracts.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- Minimal 5 years of experience in software and solution sales for banking and finance industry is preferred.
