Description
We are looking for Presales Consultant to work with potential clients or customers and ensure they have a strong understanding of the services and/or products provided by PT Murni.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Gathering information from Customer to identify Customer need's.
- Conduct presentation and Proof-of-Concept (POC).
- Provides Sales pre-sales support and together with Business Development to achieve target as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- S1 graduate from IT, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill.
- Good analytical skill.
- Good in handling customer’s needs.
- Good knowledge in various IT technologies (server, external storage, various operating system and application, networking, etc.) is an advantage.
- Any IT certification is an advantage.
- Able to work individually and in a team.
- Fast learner and have attention to detail.
- Fluent in english (Oral and written).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ATM/CRM, Cash Processing, Printers, Card Printers, System Integration industry, Network Infrastructure, Healthcare, dan Professional Services.
