Description
We are looking for staff to join our product packaging team. If you have a deep interest in understanding each product's target market and dynamics, this position might be suitable for you!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning a product (how it works, uses, benefits, business processes, target market)
- Analyzing a product, including advantages, disadvantages
- Developing an ideas to improve product features and quality of the product.
- Ensuring product materials are available by collecting product knowledge materials from related parties (brochures, presentations, pricing, sales strategy, etc.)
- Create documentation related to product knowledge as supporting completeness so that it can be used by related parties in term of product understanding, development, and sales
- Ensure product readiness including supporting documents so that products are ready to sell both for domestic and foreign markets
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, in Informatics Technology, Electronic or equivalent with a heavy focus on IT Product / Information System / Digital Technology / Banking Solution.
- Having experience in product management / product design / product development / software development is a plus
- Ability to quickly understand complex products and market dynamics and translate to clear, actionable specifications for product improvement.
- Strong understanding of the target market and customers
- Have a strong analytical, problem-solving and innovative thinker.
- Excellent communication in English both oral-written.
- Excellent in document writing, creating detailed product requirement specifications for handover to development team.
- Highly motivated, strong team player, with good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary.
